Do I have to be fit to take part in the retreat?
Not at all. We have designed the workouts to be enjoyable for every level of fit lovers and fit haters.
Can beginners join?
Of course! Our amazing yoga teacher takes all experience levels into account and customizes the sessions to fit beginner to advanced yogis.
Can we book extra yoga sessions during the retreat?
Yes, you can book extra yoga classes with the yoga teacher during the yoga retreat. You can arrange this directly with the yoga teacher once you are at the destination.
Is it obligatory to attend all Yoga sessions?
We do recommend it, as it’s part of the holistic body & mind training. Yoga will increase awareness of body movement with its slow and gentle highlight toward stability and flexibility.

Are yoga mats provided?
For this weekend getaway will ask you to bring your own yoga mat as all sessions will be in the most stunning outdoor possible - at the beach.
Do I have to have an experience with coaching or psychology?
Absolutely not, as during the retreat we will focus on personal growth using awareness and practical psychology techniques, which are light and easily applicable. The coaching sessions will be thought provoking so you can reflect and evaluate how your life looks now, what works and what doesn’t work well enough, so later you can design next step to creating rich and meaningful life.
Is it scary? Should I expect to cry?
Breakthroughs are exciting. Clarity is invigorating. And creativity can unleash the beast within. Sometimes the path to these things is blocked and the removal of the blockage can find a release through tears, exclamations, dance, or laughter. It is hard to predict what the effect will be for each individual. We promise that our intention is to keep things light and relaxed, yet targeted.
What if I’m uncomfortable at the retreat or don’t like what is happening?
All participation is completely voluntary, so you will not be pressured to do anything. You will always be free to come and go, and take breaks if you need to. If you have suggestions, they are welcome, and feedbacks are taken seriously. You will be encouraged to work with us to make your experience a valuable one.
What if I don't want to share in the group coaching sessions?
We get it. It’s not always easy to share our thoughts and emotions with people we just met. That’s why during our retreat you can book your very private coaching session with Beata! No more unanswered questions which hold you back from living the life you want and doing things that truly matter to you. How can one weekend make any difference?
This weekend is effective because you will be supported and encouraged to do some things that you might not do on your own or things that require a group dynamic. If you are open and take advantage of the experience, the focused time will have a lasting impact. Afterall, it’s a life changing experience for those who wants to have me-time, who are ready to train and transform their mind-set.
What goes on between sessions?
Between sessions you are free to do whatever you feel like – head to the beach, lounge at the pool, explore the island, read a book, take a nap, get a massage at the spa, or just (and we encourage this!) chill out. Just make sure you don’t plan too much – remember, it’s time to chill and do nothing.

What if I have special nutritional needs?
Just let us know about it when you sign up. Usually the cook can prepare vegan and gluten free meals for you. During breakfast buffet (included) there are plenty of options to satisfy every hungry soul, welcome in the tropics.
Are Massage and Spa available?
Oh yes, massages are available right at the resort! Just book your desired treat with the spa and indulge.
Is there wi-fi / air conditioning / a safety box in the rooms?
The beautifully tropical and modern rooms are all equipped to international standard, with king size or twin beds, shower, bathrobes, slippers, tea and coffee making facilities, beach bag with beach towels and umbrellas, safety boxes, A/C, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Can I book a private room?
The accommodation is in double rooms with twin-beds. But no worries, if you’d like to have the king size bed to yourself, we totally get you. The king bed room is one of the extra options we have, just simply drop us a message so we can check what’s possible to arrange and inform you about the extra cost of that... And if you really want to splurge, you can upgrade to our exclusive one bedroom villa with private pool!
Can I go on a Retreat by myself?
Most do! Retreats can be great for couples and friends but the majority of retreat takers go solo. The reason is that Fit Chill Out retreats are by definition a get away. A retreat away from the norm. People who attend our retreats tend to be respectful, community-driven, and genuinely open minded, so it’s a great place to make new friends. It also allows you to spend time to reflect, or just enjoy being in your own personal space.
Can I bring my partner/friend?
They are welcomed! If you’d like to share a room with my friend or partner who will not be taking part in the retreat’s activities, then just let us know. We will prepare the room accordingly so you both can RELAX. (A friend sharing room with you but not attending the activities will be charged 600 SGD.)
What will the group be like? Will I be lost in a big crowd or will I be able to make some connections?
We will have a relatively small group of 6 to 12 people, ensuring that the sessions are personal, intimate, and that you will have plenty of time to interact personally and make friends.
What about electricity voltage and power adapters?
Thailand's power supply is 220 volts at 50 hertz. If your electrical devices can't accept this, then you will need a voltage convertor. You may also need a plug adaptor to cater for the two types of electrical outlet that accept plugs with two round pins or perpendicular flat pins.
Why are airline tickets not included in the price?
This is because the participants come from all over the world, and ticket prices vary according to the date of purchase and type of tickets – we don’t know if you would prefer flying business class or economy ;)
Which airport is the closest?
At just an 7-minute drive away from Phuket International Airport, the resort allows guests the accessibility of a quick arrival and departure into Phuket, without the fuss of yet another long journey.
Will I be picked up from the airport?
Two-way transport from/to the airport is included in your stay, so you don’t have to worry about getting a taxi or shuttle. A driver will be waiting for you at the airport, so you can arrive relaxed and ready for an amazing weekend.
Do I need to have Visa?
That depends on your nationality and country of entrance’ requirements. Please make sure you check it before the trip and make sure your passport is valid for minimum 6 months after the retreat ends.
