These days I help women create change in their live through life-coaching and, mind-body experiences, but things weren’t always this clear.

Do I have to have an experience with coaching or psychology?
Absolutely not, as during the retreat we will focus on personal growth using awareness and practical psychology techniques, which are light and easily applicable. The coaching sessions will be thought provoking so you can reflect and evaluate how your life looks now, what works and what doesn’t work well enough, so later you can design next step to creating rich and meaningful life.
Is it scary? Should I expect to cry?
Breakthroughs are exciting. Clarity is invigorating. And creativity can unleash the beast within. Sometimes the path to these things is blocked and the removal of the blockage can find a release through tears, exclamations, dance, or laughter. It is hard to predict what the effect will be for each individual. We promise that our intention is to keep things light and relaxed, yet targeted.
What if I’m uncomfortable at the retreat or don’t like what is happening?
All participation is completely voluntary, so you will not be pressured to do anything. You will always be free to come and go, and take breaks if you need to. If you have suggestions, they are welcome, and feedbacks are taken seriously. You will be encouraged to work with us to make your experience a valuable one.
What goes on between sessions?
Between sessions you are free to do whatever you feel like – head for a walk, lounge at the pool, explore the island, read a book, take a nap, get a massage at the spa, or just (and we encourage this!) chill out. Just make sure you don’t plan too much – remember, it’s time to chill and do you.
What if I don't want to share in the group coaching sessions?
We get it. It’s not always easy to share our thoughts and emotions with people we just met. That’s why during our retreat you can book your very private coaching session with Beata! No more unanswered questions which hold you back from living the life you want and doing things that truly matter to you. Use this extra option of private session with Beata to take happiness in your hands.

Psychologist and life coach, Beata has a penchant for dark chocolate, a good belly laugh and thought provoking conversations. She moved from Poland to Singapore knowing that the sky was the limit.
500 RYT Yoga, Pilates and dance teacher with Ayurvedic background – she is sharing her passion for meaningful movement with people around the world – running workshops and classes.
